Fourth Edition of ” Winter Frost Carnival by Musee Art Cafe, Dehradun

Musee Art Cafe started Winter Frost Carnival – a fest for local exhibitors from rural areas of Uttarakhand to connect with buyers since 2019 (year of the inception) and this year 2022, they are organizing Fourth Edition of ” Winter Frost Carnival with a totally new energy and enthusiasm from 23th to 25th Dec’22. This carnival is being organized to make brand awareness about small scale industries majority from rural hilly areas.
